1. Overview
Welcome to Deimos Art. By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks.
3. Products and Services
Our products include art posters available in various sizes and designs. All descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
4. Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product descriptions or pricing, or any other issue identified by our team. Payments must be completed through our authorized payment gateways. All online payments are one-time payments.
5. Return and Exchange Policy
When Deimos Art covers the replacement or refund cost:
Printing Errors – If the print quality does not meet our standards, such as misprints, incorrect colors, or other printing defects.
Damaged Products – If the product arrives damaged due to shipping or handling.
Lost Orders – If the product does not arrive well after the expected delivery date.
Late Orders – If the order is lost in transit and the shipping time exceeds the general shipping timeframe. This is handled on a case-by-case basis.
When Deimos Art does not cover the replacement or refund cost:
Dislike of Product – If you simply do not like the product printed according to our standards.
Incorrect Size Selection – If the wrong size was chosen when ordering.
Production and Shipping Times – If the order is still within the expected production and shipping window.
Delivered but Not Received – If the tracking shows “delivered” but the package cannot be found. (Please check with the carrier or local post office. In some cases, we may review this on a case-by-case basis.)
Returned to Sender – If the package is marked as returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up the package, Deimos Art does not cover the cost of replacement or refund. In most cases, the carrier does not return the package to us. You will be responsible for placing a new order if you’d like the item resent.
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are only available if the order hasn't been sent to production yet. Once an order has entered the production phase, it can no longer be canceled, and the standard return and refund policies will apply.
7. Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Deimos Art is not responsible for delays due to customs.
8. Shipping Times
Shipping takes 2-5 business days in the US and 5-8 business days internationally.
9. Personal Information Collection
We collect personal information from users such as name, phone numbers, email addresses, billing addresses, and mailing addresses. This information is used to process orders, deliver products, and communicate with customers.
10. Newsletter and Email Opt-in
Our users can opt-in to receive newsletters and promotional emails from us. If you wish to unsubscribe, you can do so at any time through the link provided in the emails or by contacting us directly.
11. Digital Analytics and Tracking Technologies
We use digital analytics integrated in Shopify and tracking technologies to monitor website usage and user sessions. We also use Google Maps API as part of our service.
